"When you have hit a certain degree of presence, you no longer need negativity to tell you what is need in your life situation--but as long as negativity is there, use it. When ever you notice that some form of negativity has risen with inside you, look on it as not as a failure, but as a helpful signal that reminds you to be more present." --Eckhart Tolle

Trust in the Ways of Your Higher Power
"For my thoughts are not your thoughts. neither are your ways my ways... For as the heavens are higher than earth, so are My ways higher than your ways and My thoughts than your thoughts."
Did you know that a lack of understanding of how Your Higher Power does things can wear you out? If you don't understand it's ways, you can end up fighting and resisting things, thinking they are an attempt by Your Higher Power to work something good in your life.
Your Higher Power does not want bad things. But sometimes you may fail to realize that everything that feels bad to you is not necessarily bad for you. Reminding yourself that It's ways are not your ways will help you trust with in It (higher power) even when your circumstances are hard to understand.
As this busy day comes to a close, just put yourself in the hands of a Higher Power. A Power that you have come to believe is higher than yourself. Your idea of God... and rest in the knowledge that he/ it is good and knows what's best.

Anyway, he goes on to explain, "how to protect your assets". Setting up simple corporations/ LLC's and following a few steps to make sure your assets are protected; cars, houses, retirement, etc. --in case of divorce or death, he goes on to explain it all! But i feel that as i learn i would like to share my knowledge with others that are interested. Here im going to give you a break down of how to set up a corporation. S corporation and C corp. I'll explain tax requirements as well. A simple "How to start a corporation" step by step and no i'm not charging you. Just helping you, as i help myself."Recipes to Success, just follow my easy step recipe"
Setting up a Corporation:
1 STEP: Incorporation Articles
- First, start out and decide which state is best in which to incorporate.
- Second, conduct a name search with the secretary of state (the state you're going to incorporate).
- Third, complete the articles of incorporation
- Fourth, file the articles of incorporation with the designated state agency.
- Next, pay filing fee.
- Last of all, wait for the articles to be approved by the state.
- First, complete the IRS Form SS-4
- Next, obtain Tax ID # (call or go online)
- Last, just obtain seperate Tax ID #'s for each corporation.
3 STEP: By-Laws and Organizational Meetings
- First, make a list of who the directors and officers are.
- Second, get together and choose a corporate fiscal year end
- Next, issue shares of corporate stock
- Last, decide and approve appropriate corporate resolutions
- First, purchase corporate assets or change the title of existing assets conveyed to the corporation.
- Next, promissory notes may be used to reimburse officers for set-up expenses.
- Last, personal property-attach to the minutes of organizational meeting, attach to a seperate corporate resolution.
5 STEP: Last Factors to Consider
- Open a bank account in the name of the corporation.
- Obtain a local business license.
- Obtain a corporate seal and blank stock certificates.
- Issue stock certificates to the shareholders
...well that's it for setting up a corporation. For Tax requirements -- check out my blog titled "Tax Requirements for S corporation and C corporation.
Note: I am not an attorney and I cannot give legal advice. This is what i have done for myself in setting up my corporation and taxes. Feel free to contact an attorney and see if this works for you.
Affirmations Positive
I came across some of my positive daily affirmations working late this evening for my successful life. I want to share some positive focus for your business as well as your life. Simply understanding that laws of attraction can change your life tremendously, just take the first step.
Understanding that what you think about in your mind you create it's reality and existence. If you're always focusing on what you do not want, you're only attracting more of it to yourself. Like attracts like; it's science. If you break down our bodies into molecules then to atoms and we're energy. If you look under a microscope you can see the vibrations; enough energy with in a single person to illuminate an entire city. Now imagine if you directed that energy into your thoughts of vibration and attract what you visualize your life like. Imagine, it's just taking the first step to change (affirmation: "I am willing to change. I am safe").
Yet, if you're focusing 5% of your energy on the guy who cut you off on the freeway, or 12% on talking to someone very negative (bad vibration). Just in the first two here you've lost almost 20% of your energy focused on irrelevant matters that do not benefit your life at all. Now you can see where your energy goes and bad days get created.
Knowing that you're capable of anything no matter what situation or life style you live. You have the power to have anything you want. Be appreciative for the things you have because when you are, more is given to be appreciative about. Please fill free to use this method in your business because you can only excel. Inspiring quote i would like to share:
"In the infinity of life where I am, all is perfect, whole, and complete. I believe in a power far greater than I am that flows through me every moment of every day. I open myself up to the wisdom within, knowing that there is only One Intelligence in this Universe. Out of this One Intelligence comes all the answers, all the solutions, all the healings, all the new creations. I trust this Power and Intelligence, knowing that whatever I need comes to me in the right time, space, and sequence. All is well in my world".-L. Hay
Thanks for stopping by. Have any questions just let me know.

Focusing on Multiple Streams of Income
The reality is that no matter what you do for a living, you're going to be dealing with multiple projects and competing priorities. It doesn't matter whether you're in sales, working in an office, or an entrepreneur. It's just that as an entrepreneur, each of those projects may be an entire business!
Give your ideas life... If an idea is worth thinking about again, it's worth capturing what you've got so far and giving it a place to live and grow. Every time I have something I think is a really good idea, I buy an $8.95 domain, add it to my hosting account (important to have multiple domains on your hosting account with no additional charge), and throw together a simple web page using a free template for either FrontPage or Dreamweaver, or blogging software, i.e., WordPress. For less than $10, I have a place for my idea to start taking life, and for me to communicate my idea effectively to prospective collaborators and customers. If you're not as web-inclined, just jot down your thoughts about the subject and create a separate file folder for it, either in your computer or a manual file. Any time you have something to add, you've got the right place for it. Sooner or later, the good ideas will truly start having a life of their own, and you can say good-bye to those regrets about forgotten great ideas.
Make a schedule... You'll drive yourself and the people around you crazy if you just flit back and forth from one project to another (which is all too easy a pattern to slip into). As Stephen Covey says, don't prioritize your schedule, schedule your priorities. The only way to ensure that you are really focusing on the next most important thing is to put into your schedule - otherwise all those things that are urgent but not important will keep you from doing the things that are important but not urgent, and even sometimes the things that are important and urgent. If you want to focus, you have to give yourself time to focus, free from other distractions, and knowing in your mind that that's how you're supposed to be spending that time.
...and then break it. Circumstances change. Priorities change. And change is cheap if you make it that way. Agility and flexibility are a couple of the great advantages entrepreneurs have over larger organizations. Many opportunities come up that are time-sensitive, and if you're locked into an artificially rigid schedule, you'll miss them. The trick is to know the difference between a time-sensitive opportunity and a mere distraction. Perhaps we need a new serenity prayer for entrepreneurs:

"Grant me the serenity to say no to the requests that are mere distractions, the courage to act on the ones that are truly opportunities, and the wisdom to the know the difference."
Know the difference between maintenance work and growth work. There's no such thing as truly passive income. At the very least, you have to collect your check and deposit it, right? Most "passive" income still requires a certain amount of maintenance work. Rental property has to be managed, websites have to be kept up-to-date, etc. Maintenance work has to be done on a regular basis, usually weekly or monthly, and there are detrimental consequences if you don't get it done. Growth work, on the other hand, doesn't have anyone waiting on it but you. Make sure you know how much maintenance work your various projects require so you know how much time you really have for growth projects.
Work only one growth project at a time, and work on it 'til it's working for you. This one is above all the unique key to making this paradox work that most people don't know and don't do. There is absolutely no sense in spending a few hours a week on each of several projects keeping them all inching forward little by little. The trick to both finding focus and making multiple streams of income is to work on one thing at a time, and work on it until it is at the next plateau. If a project is first starting out, do whatever it takes to get it to the point that it has a life of its own. That may mean just getting it to the point that you can share it with potential collaborators or customers, or it may mean getting it to the point that it can start to generate income. Once a project has started earning revenue, let it work for you passively while you work on something else. Think about it - if you're working on four one-week projects, do you want to finish them all simultaneously at the end of four weeks? Of course not! You want to finish one the first week and let it work for you for three weeks, finish another the second week and let it work for you for two weeks, etc. Doing it this way, you get your projects working for you for six extra weeks vs. the other approach!
Follow these simple steps, and you'll soon learn how to live the paradox of focusing on multiple streams of income!
Health Care Bill Approved by Senate
WASHINGTON – Democrats muscled legislation through the Senate on Thursday reshaping parts of the new health care overhaul law, sending it back to the House for what is expected to be final congressional approval.
With Vice President Joe Biden presiding in case his vote was needed to break a tie, the Senate approved the measure by 56-43. Underscoring the partisan divide that has characterized the long-running health care fight, all voting Republicans opposed the measure, as did three Democrats: Arkansas Sens. Blanche Lincoln and Mark Pryor, and Nebraska Sen. Ben Nelson.
In a dramatic nod to the late Sen. Edward Kennedy, D-Mass., who had spent a career championing health care for all Americans, the Senate observed a moment of silence in his honor before voting.
Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., asked senators to cast their votes from their desks, a seldom-used procedure the chamber employs only for the most significant measures. Democrats did so in a bow to the initiative's importance to their party, but some Republicans did not.
Eager to get the contentious battle behind them, Democrats originally hoped the Senate's vote would ship the measure to President Barack Obama for his signature. But working with the chamber's parliamentarian, Republicans found two minor provisions in the bill — dealing with future Pell grants for low-income students — that violated congressional budget rules and were deleted from the legislation.
As a result, the bill had to be returned to the House because both chambers must approve identical legislation before it can be sent to the White House. Top House Democrats said they expected to do just that by evening.
Obama's drive to reshape the country's health care system — capped Tuesday when he signed wide-ranging changes into law — has been a tortuous, bitterly fought journey from the start.
As if to mimic that, senators approved the bill Thursday after taking 42 consecutive roll call votes, a record for continual voting often called a "vote-a-rama." That included 41 Republican amendments, with Democrats defeating every one, and then final passage.
They voted until after 2 a.m. Thursday, then resumed the roll calls later in the morning, tallying a total of 13 hours of relentless voting.
"This has been a legislative fight that will be in the record books," Reid said before the final Senate roll call.
The Senate vote occurred as Obama used a campaign-style speech in Iowa City, Iowa, to tout the landmark health legislation and dare Republicans to follow through on repeated threats to try repealing the law.
"My attitude is, go for it" and see how voters like that, he taunted.
"If they want to have that fight, we can have it. Because I don't believe the American people are going to put the insurance industry back in the driver's seat," he said.
The legislation the Senate approved on Thursday would change the new health care law by making drug benefits for Medicare recipients more generous by gradually closing a gap in coverage, increasing tax subsidies to help low-income people afford health care, and boosting federal Medicaid payments to states.
It would kill part of the new statute uniquely giving Nebraska extra Medicaid funds — designed to lure support from that state's Sen. Ben Nelson — that had become a glaring embarrassment to Democrats. It also would ease a new tax on expensive health coverage bitterly opposed by unions and many House Democrats, while delaying and increasing a new levy on drug makers.
Besides reshaping parts of the landmark health overhaul, the legislation transforms the federal student loan program — in which private banks distribute the money — into one in which the government issues the loans directly. That produces some federal savings, which the bill uses in part to increase Pell grants to needy students.
Outnumbered and all but assured of defeat, Republicans forced votes on amendments aimed at reshaping the measure — or at least forcing Democrats to take votes that could be used against them in TV ads in the fall campaigns.
By 57-42, Democrats rejected an amendment by Sen. Tom Coburn, R-Okla., barring federal purchases of Viagra and other erectile dysfunction drugs for sex offenders. Coburn said it would save millions of dollars, while Sen. Max Baucus, D-Mont., called it "a crass political stunt."
Other rejected amendments would have rolled back cuts in Medicare that Democrats use for expanded health coverage, and would have required the president and other administration officials to buy health policies from new insurance purchasing exchanges the law will establish.
The landmark legislation that Obama signed Tuesday would provide health care to 32 million uninsured people, and make coverage more affordable to millions of others by expanding the reach of Medicaid and creating new subsidies. Insurance companies would be forbidden to refuse coverage to people with illnesses, individuals could buy policies on newly created exchanges and parents could keep children on their family plans until their 26th birthdays.
The $938 billion, 10-year price tag would be financed largely by culling savings from Medicare and imposing new taxes on higher income people and the insurance, drug and medical device industries.
